To all the oversea students：

In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2025" (Guo Ban Fa Ming Dian [2024] No. 12), and in combination with the actual situation of our school, the relevant matters regarding the May Day holiday and leave adjustment are hereby notified as follows:

I. Holiday Schedule

（1）There will be a holiday from May 1st (Thursday) to May 5th (Monday),totaling 5 days.

（2）On Sunday, April 27th, work and classes will be held as usual to make up for the classes on Monday, May 5th.

II. Relevant Requirements

（1）All departments and secondary colleges must strengthen teaching management and students’safety and discipline education. They should also ensure proper leave - reporting procedures for teachers and students departing Nanning, guaranteeing punctual return to school and the smooth operation of all school - related work.

（2）On-duty personnel must strictly follow the duty roster. All departments and secondary colleges are required to arrange duty shifts appropriately based on their actual circumstances.

（3）All staff of departments and secondary colleges should strictly abide by the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and its detailed rules, stay within disciplinary boundaries, enhance teacher ethics and style building, and foster a clean and positive holiday atmosphere.
