(2)Scanned copy of the original passport pages;

(3)Physical Examination Record for Foreigner;

(4)Highest academic certificate and transcript;

(5)Recent passport-style color photo(JPG format）;

(6)HSK certificate or authorized Chinese learning record (optional,if not ,it is not provided);

(7)Non-criminal Record Report.
